Maninder Jaiswal
Maninder is the Founding Partner of Mode De Vie. She was responsible for setting-up Mode De Vie and giving strategic direction to the firm. Maninder spent 8 years working as Head Designer in her family owned business Texport India where she conceptualized Mode De Vie as a division that will work toward pushing the creative envelope in hand embroidery. In 2008, Maninder quit Texport to pursue this ambition.
At Mode De Vie Maninder provides hands-on leadership on all aspects of the business and focuses principally on Design & Creative Direction. Maninder is also responsible for business development in European markets and personally oversees the team’s deliverables for her clients.
Maninder has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois and a Master of Commerce degree from N.M. College, Mumbai University.
She spends her free time finding inspirations for creating astounding embroideries embroideries and building Lego blocks with her two children.
Kavita Bhuller
Kavita joined Mode De Vie at inception and can be credited with growing the business in its early years. Kavita is responsible for business development in Europe and Asia. Prior to joining, Mode De Vie, Kavita was an Associate at ALMT Legal a Mumbai based law firm specializing in Corporate Law, M&A, and Capital Markets. Before ALMT Legal, Kavita worked with J. Sagar Associates, Mumbai & Clifford Chance, London.
Kavita holds a Bachelor of Arts from St. Xaviers College, Mumbai, Bachelor of Law from Government Law College, Mumbai University and a Master of Law from Kings College, London University.
Kavita likes to spend her free time in leisurely travel and trying international cuisines.
Ashutosh Jaiswal
Ashutosh joined Mode De Vie in 2011 to initiate and manage its business in the U.S & the Middle East. His primary responsibility is financial control and general administration.
Ashutosh has nearly 9 years of professional experience in private equity, economic development and advertising in India and U.S. Prior to joining Mode De Vie, Ashutosh was a senior member of YES Bank’s Private Equity Division. Prior to YES Bank, Ashutosh was a part of the investment arm of Bennett Coleman & Company (BCCL) – largest Indian media group. He has also worked as Senior Project Manager in the economic development team of Mayor Bloomberg in New York City.
Ashutosh holds a Master of Business Administration from City University, New York and a Master of Commerce from Podar College, Mumbai University.
Ashutosh enjoys discussing macro economics and fully utilizing his NetFlix subscription.
